Send an email to say who you are, where your business is, and what you want. You will hear back about whether it is a fit.
Questionnaire
Once your request is accepted and a written agreement is in place, you get the questionnaire. It asks about your people, your vendors, and your outside help. It never asks for passwords.
Draft
Sitalingi Cybersecurity writes the draft plan from your answers and sends it to you to read.
One revision
You mark what is wrong or missing, and the plan is revised once. Then it is yours.

A few ground rules

A written agreement comes before any paid work.
Writing the plan does not involve logging into your computers, email, or accounts.
You make the decisions. The plan lays out options and who may decide; it does not decide for you.
